the breakfast had lots of options and some turkish specialties, that was acceptable.
my room was small for 3 people, so we had trouble moving around. the room was high in humidity. we had to keep the window open, otherwise we slept very badly at night because of the smells.

the driver arrived on time. i arranged an airport transfer with mister burak, but i lost my phone and his number. i am very sorry for that inconvenience.
a family shared these rooms so it was noisy. i could not use the spa due to that.

the reception staff was helpful and polite. the staff always seems to smile. they provided great service at reception and elsewhere in the building.

The walls seemed REALLY thin. I could hear my neighbors talking. the breakfast selection was pretty limited. It mostly had eggs, fruit, and cheese. There wasn't MUCH else to choose from.

The breakfast options were quite extensive! the staff was very helpful in explaining the food choices, as there were no labels. the entrance was beautiful and clean. The reception staff was friendly! the room had ample space and cleanliness, a great combination. i especially enjoyed the relaxation area by the spa. It was wonderful.

The hotel is near a metro station. It requires a short walk to reach it. public transport stations were within easy reach, about 5 minutes away. i found it very convenient for getting around.

Mr. bedrettin provided a very warm welcome. He found a way to accommodate me when i arrived early for check-in. mr hamza assisted with transportation arrangements. He was very helpful! i appreciated their kindness.

my room included shampoo, shower gel and a hairdryer. the bathroom was very clean. the hotel provided an integrated tv in the mirror, a nice touch. the room was always clean and tidy.

breakfast featured many choices! i was able to have breakfast on the terrace, located on the 7th floor. the terrace provided beautiful views! the breakfast was really good.
